This covers physical orders – workshop pieces, and any pottery bought from our online shop.

How we ship. We send UK orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, so you’ll get tracking without paying extra. Want it quicker? You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for a bit more.

Dispatch time. Orders go out within 3–5 business days of being placed.

International orders. We also post overseas. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note you may be responsible for any customs duties or import charges your country applies on arrival – these aren’t something we can predict or cover.

Digital gift vouchers are emailed straight away and don’t need posting – no shipping involved.

Packaging. Pottery is fragile, so every order is packed carefully with that in mind.

Something missing or arrived damaged? Let us know within 14 days of the delivery date (or when it was expected, if it hasn’t shown up) – a photo helps if it’s arrived broken – and we’ll sort a replacement or refund. This is on us, not you; once an order’s in the post, it’s still our responsibility until it reaches you.
