Where you’re owed a refund, it’ll go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Classes, workshops and private events follow the Cancellation Policy below: full refund 48+ hours out, no refund inside 48 hours (unless we’re the ones cancelling).
Something faulty or not as described? That’s covered by the Consumer Rights Act, always – repair, replacement, or refund, whatever this policy says elsewhere.
Changed your mind about a retail piece? Because everything’s handmade, often one-of-a-kind, in-store purchases aren’t refundable for change of mind, but we’re happy to do an exchange or store credit within 14 days if it’s unused and in its original condition. Bought online? Standard stock pieces carry the usual 14-day right to return. Small variations in colour, glaze, or shape from a photo are normal, not a fault.
A piece broke in the kiln? It happens – cracking, warping, or an unexpected glaze result is a natural risk of firing, not something we can guarantee against. We won’t refund the workshop itself, since the time and materials were already given, but where we can we’ll offer a free remake, a replacement, or credit towards another session.
Gift vouchers aren’t refundable for cash.
To request a refund, email workshop@kiln.cafe with your order or booking reference — we’ll come back to you within 2 business days.
